Scope

Event strategy, destination narrative, creative brief, media planning, digital registration and visitor experience.

Bring the programme together.

A heritage gathering involves more than an event identity. Invitations, historic interpretation, local enterprise, visitor information and an investment presentation all need to feel part of the same programme.

Let the experience carry the story.

The proposed four-day programme connected conference communications, a temporary museum, local makers and a destination preview. The communications brief followed the visitor from first interest to on-site experience and follow-up.
